Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of VenueFloor, a reservation platform for restaurants, operated by TODO legal name ("we"). By creating an account you accept them on behalf of your venue.
1. The service
VenueFloor provides a hosted back-office and a public booking page for your venue: availability, booking requests and confirmations, deposit and cancellation rules, team access, and customer notifications. We may improve or change features over time; we will not remove a core capability without notice.
2. Account and eligibility
You must be authorised to act for the venue you register. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for your team's access, and for keeping your credentials confidential.
3. Subscription, trial and billing
Access is sold as a monthly subscription per venue. New accounts receive a free trial of 14 days with no card required. Subscriptions are billed and invoiced by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, which handles taxes and payment methods. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Deposits belong to the venue
Deposits your customers pay are collected through a payment account you own and connect yourself (for example Stripe). VenueFloor never holds, routes or takes a share of that money, and never sees card details. Refunds follow the cancellation rules you configure and are executed on your account; provider fees are yours.
5. Your customers' data
You are the controller of your customers' booking data; we process it on your behalf to run the service. You agree to inform your customers appropriately and to use their data lawfully. See the Privacy Policy for our commitments as processor.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to send unsolicited messages, to collect payments for anything other than reservation deposits at your venue, or in a way that breaks the law or harms other users. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim. We are not liable for lost bookings, no-shows or decisions you take based on the service.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the product at least 30 days in advance. You may close your account at any time; we may terminate for breach. On termination you can export your bookings and customer list.
